My final stop on the NC Historic BBQ Trail: Fuzzy’s Bar-B-Q!
My favorite of the Western NC style. Sweet smoky flavor that’s not too masked by the tomato-based sauce. Got the red vinegar slaw (the house favorite). Best red slaw I’ve ever had. Complimented the ‘cue nicely. Worth a stop if up this way for sure. A big $5 BBQ sandwich is a great deal. Awesome staff too. 8/10.
