Huge sandwich with a ton of succulent pulled pork and properly sweet slaw. A tad over-sauced for me and a little hotter than I like, but not off putting at all and rather tasty. Not necessarily Eastern NC sauce as it was a tad thicker than traditional vinegar and red pepper flakes. The strictly anonymous KCBS Certified Barbeque Judge having lunch with me gave it a 7 out of 10. I give it a 7.9/10. I would eat it again if driving by and hungry, but wouldn’t make a special trip for it.
