Ding. Ding. Still champ! Even w/o Elliott tending the piggies, Buxton Hall reigns supreme. From the immediate smoky aroma to the perfectly pulled pork, this sandwich still knocks me for a loop. Celebrating Dylan’s 21st birthday (a year and half late thanks to COVID) and it did not fail to impress in every way. Dylan says his “best meal ever” and wants to return tomorrow for lunch. Hmmmm. That just might work for me. All the thumbs up! 9.9/10
