Bullock's Bar-B-Cue / Durham, NC

Really nice ratio of ‘cue to slaw on this sandwich at Bullock's Bar-B-Cue. Moist chopped meat w/o being overly saturated in Eastern NC sauce. Vinegar and red pepper has a great balance that’s not overpowering. Have not been here in 30+ years. Worth a little detour off 147 if in the Bull City. 8.2/10
